HELP DONATE A DEVICE TO A 9-11 FIRST RESPONDER

Gear Up Foudnation has partnered with Fisher Wallace Laboratories to provide Fisher Wallce Stimulators to 9-11 First Responders free of charge.

FOR DONORS

1. Text your tax-deductible donation to the Gear Up Foundation by texting the keyword "GearUp" followed by a space and the amount of your donation in dollars to 27138.  For instance, to donate $25 you would text "GearUp 25" to 27138.

2. The Gear Up Foundation will use a significant portion of your donation to purchase Fisher Wallace Stimulators for 9-11 first responders who have prescriptions for the device. 

Fisher Wallace sells devices to Gear Up Foundation at a $200 discount with free FedEx shipping to first responders.  The remaining portion of your donation that is not used to purchase devices will be used for other Gear Up Foundation charitable work relating to firemen and first responders.  

FOR FIRST RESPONDERS

1. Fax or email proof of your first responder affiliation (active or retired) as well as a prescription for a Fisher Wallace Stimulator to (800) - 657 - 7362 or orders@fisherwallace.com.  

Note: You can receive a free medical evaluation from Dr. Robert Cancro, MD, retired Chairman of Psychiatry at NYU Medical School, by emailing Fisher Wallace at orders@fisherwallace.com.  Please email us your contact info and proof of first responder affiliation and Fisher Wallce Laboratories will provide you with contact information to make an appointment with Dr. Cancro.

You may also receive a prescription from your regular doctor or a Psychiatrist, General Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner, or Chiropractor (for pain).  Fax or email prescriptions to (800) - 657 - 7362 or orders@fisherwallace.com.

2. Once Fisher Wallace Laboratories receives your faxed / emailed prescription and proof of first responder affiliation, they will mail you a free Fisher Wallace Stimulator based on the availability of donated devices.  

If the device does not successfully treat your symptoms within 30-45 days of daily use, please return it and it will be given to another first responder in need.  Devices have a 75% success rate treating insomnia, depression, anxiety and chronic pain.
